Making A Purchase

Making A Purchase is very simple. Look through the catalogue, find the item you are interested in, then click "Order Now" to add the item to your shopping cart. If you decide at any time you do not want all the items you have selected simply remove the unwanted items from your cart before completing the order.

To complete your order click the "Checkout" button, complete the required card details and card address and we will do the rest.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and cleared funds only. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency on the day of despatch.

VAT All product prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate which is currently 17.5%. All goods are despatched with a VAT invoice for your records.

Delivery & Shipping

Shipping UK mainland delivery is free for orders over £100 (including VAT) and £7.50 (including VAT) for orders below this amount. Delivery to Northern Ireland is £15 including VAT regardless of order value. For Southern Ireland and countries outside the UK please telephone 01903-219929 for a quotation.

Delivery will normally be within 7 days but please allow up to 14 in busy periods. We will not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods which is due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for any business losses.

Out of stock items

Back Orders If your goods are not in stock we will back order them for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy & Security

Privacy We take great care to respect and maintain your privacy. We will never give your details to any third party, we will only use your details to administer your account and help process your order. Should there be a query on your order will be contact you by telephone.

Security We take your online security very seriously. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128bit high level encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We recommend that you do not send credit card numbers by email but use the secure facility provided on this website.

Guarantee

Guarantee All faulty goods will be replaced or refunded provided we receive written notification with a full description of the fault within 7 days after the date of receipt.

Special Products

Any items not shown on our website and produced to special requirements and specifications cannot be returned for a refund unless the goods are faulty. Equally we reserve the right to decline a cancellation of a special order if the item has been partly or wholly produced.

Samples Will be charged out at our normal sales price and a delivery charge may apply. We will refund you the cost of the sample providing it is returned in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. Specially ordered samples are not refundable. Should we not stock a product in an alternative metal finish we can provide you with a sample swatch of that finish.

Specifications, Measurements & descriptions

Specifications, Measurements All descriptions are in accordance with our manufacturer's specifications and care has been taken to ensure all information is correct. However, we cannot guarantee that details are identical with goods owing to market changes. Due to manufacturing processes we cannot guarantee that the finish and colour of our products will be an exact match. Please be aware that the life of the lacquer finish is beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed (excluding PVD items).

Returns

Goods returned for any reason must have a Returns Number issued by us, including ALL original component parts and be in perfect saleable condition (faulty goods excepted). Please contact us on 01903-219929 for the Returns Number.

To return the goods you should arrange for them to be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. The goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. We will refund you for all the goods returned not the cost of delivery to you or the return cost.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting the goods to us and that you include a copy of the original invoice with your full contact details and Returns Number.

Faulty goods reported within 7 days after the date of delivery will be replaced or refunded in full. This includes carriage to you and any reasonable returns costs paid by you.

Cancellation

Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money within 7 days of cancellation.

Title of goods

All goods that we supply will remain our property until you have paid for them in full, including all delivery charges. If you sell the goods you agree to hold the sale proceeds upon trust for us until you have paid us for them in full.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
